Buying Adobe through Digital Distributors
- What we supply: Creative Cloud Standard for teams (2 to 9 licences, for new Adobe customers), Creative Cloud Pro for teams, Creative Cloud Pro for teams + Adobe Stock, Single App plans for teams (which can sit alongside Pro seats on one account), and Creative Cloud All Apps for enterprise (Editions 3 and 4). For PDFs and e-signatures, we supply Acrobat Standard, Pro and Studio for teams, Acrobat for enterprise, and Acrobat Pro 2024 as a one-time purchase (ask us about the licence term).
- How you buy: every licence runs on Adobe's Value Incentive Plan (VIP), in your company's name.
- Pricing: we quote and invoice in rands, with payment on order. Prices follow Adobe's exchange rate, so they aren't fixed.
- Volume discount: from 10 licences.
- DD is a Level 2 B-BBEE contributor.
Frequently asked questions
Do you sell individual plans?
Yes. As an Adobe certified reseller we supply personal, commercial and government licences. We don't supply education or student plans.
What happens at renewal?
Adobe emails you 60 days before your anniversary date, and we follow up 2 weeks before. If the rand/dollar rate has moved, your renewal price may change, and we'll let you know when we follow up.
Can we add seats during the year?
Yes, at any time. New seats are prorated to your anniversary date, so everything renews together.
Can we cancel licences?
Only on your anniversary date. Licences can't be cancelled mid-term and there are no refunds, so check your seat count when we follow up.
